Site teams undertake routine safety briefings and toolbox talks to ensure all personnel remain informed of operational risks and safe working practices.
Our approach encourages the early identification and reporting of near misses, enabling lessons to be learned before incidents occur. Where issues arise, they are managed through structured accident investigation and reporting procedures designed to promote continuous improvement and strengthen safe working environments.
RJC operates under an integrated safety management framework aligned with ISO 45001 standards, ensuring that safety planning, monitoring and reporting are embedded throughout every stage of project delivery.
Environmental responsibility is equally embedded within our operations. As an ISO 14001 certified organisation, RJC promotes responsible energy management, waste reduction and sustainable working practices across all projects. Our engineering teams also consider the long-term environmental performance of installed systems, helping clients achieve efficient, resilient and environmentally responsible infrastructure.
